Taking quercetin, a bioflavonoid, found in red onions, and piperine, found in black pepper extract, with your resveratrol, can effectively inhibit this inactivation from happening.
Like getting adequate levels of resveratrol would not be advisable through the mass consumption of red wine; the same would go for red onions and black pepper . Fortunately, like resveratrol their concentrated beneficial compounds are readily available in supplemental pill form.
